We ship our Australian made products nationally from Sydney using regular Australia post with basic tracking provided. We always endeavour to post out your order within 5 business days, noting that all of our decals are only printed once an order has been placed so we like to allow adequate time to do this. If, however an unexpected delay arises we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please take care to ensure accuracy when entering the delivery address for your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time contact us and we will see if we are able to track it for you. We do not take any responsibility for Australia Post losing parcels but will do our best to locate it for you.

All items are thoroughly checked during production before being packaged and sent to you. However, if you receive any product/s that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide us with your order number and photographs of the alleged damage. Do not send the product back to us before sending the required details via email and receiving a response from us. We will then assess the return request on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision as to whether an item can be returned, at our discretion. We reserve the right to accept or refuse the return of any product. If your item is deemed faulty and you are eligible for a refund you will need to send the item back to us and we will cover the return shipping cost. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend sending it with tracking. We will notify you when we receive the returned item and have processed your refund.
Due to the nature of our fulfilment and production (decals being produced once the order has come in) we cannot provide a refund for change of mind. We will however gladly provide a credit note or exchange for change of mind returns provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase and all products are in sellable condition with no decals having been removed from the backing paper. The same process applies for change of mind as it does for returning a faulty item. You are required to send us an email with your order number expressing your interest in exchanging the item. Do not send the product back to us before sending the required details via email and receiving a response from us. We will then assess the return request on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision as to whether an item can be exchanged, at our discretion. We reserve the right to accept or refuse the exchange of any product for change of mind. If your item is deemed eligible for an exchange you will need to send the item back to us and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

In the case a coupon code or discount is available, only one coupon code can be used at a time and the details and terms of the individual coupon code will be clearly detailed. These could include but are not limited to; the discount only applying to full price items or a select range of products. Please also note if you forget to add in a coupon or discount code at checkout we are unable to apply that discount or issue a refund for the difference in price. Please ensue all details are correct when checking out, including coupon or discount codes.
